Welcome to my NEW page showing some "Coming Soon" properties in the Loudoun County community.  I am preparing this list to give you access to properties that might not be seen by potential buyers because they are not on the market yet.  I will be displaying these homes by date I am notified about them.  So the top listings are the newest.  Many of these can be shown before they actually go on the market.  This is a great way to get ahead of the other buyers in this housing market where inventory is low.

I will not keep properties on this list more than 2 weeks since most likely they will be Active by that time.
